Our studio is at our home in Derby, Kansas.  Local customers are welcome to set up a time to come by and pick up their pottery. 

Absolutely! With no exceptions!  Greg takes great pride in making each and every piece, no matter how small or how large.  Most items are thrown on the wheel although a few are hand built or extruded (as in the case of the quirky vases and teapots)

All of our pottery is safe for use in the dishwasher, microwave, and oven.  However, added things like soap dispenser pumps are not.  The pottery is not safe for use on the stove top.

Shipping is calculated for customers based on the weight of the items, size of the boxes, and distance it is going. Because the system requires us to select a carrier, shipping is calculated based on USPS rates.    After a customer places an order, we utilize a software program which allows us to compare shipping rates, create labels,  and track packages. We will use the least expensive carrier to get your order to you.  You will be charged the actual cost of the shipping plus $3.50-$4.00 for packing.  If the shipping you've paid is higher than the actual cost, we will refund you that difference. However, if it exceeds what you've already paid, we will need to contact you to cover that cost. If you have ordered more than one item or have placed more than one order, we will always combine your items/orders into as few boxes as possible and will refund back to you any shipping overages. However, please note that certain items must be shipped separately in order to ensure safe arrival. 

Although we take great care to pack every box extremely well, on rare occasions, something will arrive broken.  If so, please send us a picture of the broken piece and the box it came in.  We will either refund your money or send you a replacement piece as soon as possible (depending on if it's in stock or needs to be made).
